Ruckus SmartZone's central management system allows remote diagnostics and later analysis of the packet flow with Wireshark. To do this, select Access Points -> More -> Packet capture. Be sure to check that the Zone AP firmware is at least 5.0 !!!

Saving a packet stream is very important if there is an unknown problem on the network, such as a client losing connection or a certain service not working properly. In addition, you can find other customer diagnostics under the Smartzone Troubleshooting menu.
